About Us

In 1924, Nephi Anderson moved from Alberta Canada to Los Angeles to serve a proselyting mission for his church. Upon completion of his mission he returned home to Canada, married his high school sweetheart and returned to Burbank, CA to start a family and career in construction. He and his four sons found tremendous success building some of Southern California’s very first sub-division. The company was eventually turned over to his son Blain in 1954 and renamed Anderson Bros of La Canada Incorporated. Following his father’s footsteps, Blain trained his four sons in construction. Eventually, all of them split off and formed their individual companies throughout California. CH Anderson Construction was formed by middle son Craig Hales Anderson.

Craig has had tremendous success over the years in residential and commercial development. Having constructed over 200 homes, his creativity, vision, attention to detail and drive is what separates him from other contractors. Craig now oversees the company as General Manager and has handed the day to day operations to his oldest son Trent.

The history and pedigree of having four generations of builders is what makes this company so unique. Nothing brings Craig more joy than watching his sons Trent and Chad continue the family legacy.
